About the job:

Join us as a Senior Maintenance Planning Engineer to lead preventive and predictive maintenance planning across all factory equipment. You’ll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

Develop and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules

Coordinate with maintenance teams and track work orders via CMMS

Analyze equipment performance, prepare technical reports, and propose improvements

Plan spare parts needs and ensure safety compliance

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

5-7 years of experience in maintenance planning (manufacturing preferred)

Proficient in CMMS, Excel, and Power BI

Solid knowledge of mechanical/electrical maintenance and safety practices

Strong in data analysis, reporting, team communication, and decision-making.
