Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Supervisor — MEP who can independently diagnose, execute, and control all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on site.

This is a high-level technical role. The successful candidate must be able to identify problems immediately upon inspection and provide the correct solution without trial and error. We are looking for someone who thinks like an engineer, executes like a technician, and takes full ownership of every job.

This is not a watch-and-supervise role. This is a hands-on field leadership role where the supervisor drives the team to site, works alongside technicians, personally resolves difficult technical issues, and maintains a zero-callback quality standard.

Core Responsibilities

Diagnosis & Problem-Solving (Primary)

Inspect MEP systems and identify root-cause faults accurately without trial and error

Determine proper technical solutions on site and explain corrective actions clearly to the team

Distinguish between symptoms and underlying system failures across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Hands-On Execution

Personally carry out electrical, plumbing, and mechanical works when technical complexity requires direct involvement

Lead technicians actively on site and work alongside the team

Drive the company team to site locations across Dubai on a daily basis

Manage multiple jobs per day with full operational responsibility

Electrical Works

Perform electrical troubleshooting including short circuits, load issues, DB faults, and power failures

Carry out looping, cabling works, circuit modifications, and corrective rework

Understand load distribution, electrical system behaviour, and proper installation practices

Plumbing Works

Handle leak detection, drainage diagnostics, and pressure-related issues

Carry out WC replacement, fixture installation, and piping system works

Troubleshoot pumps and pressure systems

Mechanical Works

Perform pump installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis

Handle water heater diagnostics and replacement

Carry out AC servicing, refrigerant handling, and troubleshooting

New Installations & Planning

Read and interpret MEP drawings and installation layouts

Plan new MEP installations using proper engineering and execution methods

Specify material requirements and load calculations before execution

Deliver proper long-term solutions instead of temporary repairs

Quality & Reporting

Ensure zero repeat issues by completing jobs correctly the first time

Update job status with before-and-after photos and proper written reports

Use job-tracking systems and basic software for daily reporting

Maintain proper documentation across all sites

Technical Capability Required

Deep practical expertise across Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical systems

Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings

Strong understanding of load distribution, system behaviour, and installation methods

Capable of planning new installations from the beginning, not only repair works

Commitment to proper engineering methods and lasting solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Strong UAE field experience in MEP, Maintenance, or Technical Services

Proven ability to diagnose complex faults independently

Experience leading on-site technician teams

Strong English communication skills, verbal and written

Comfortable using job-tracking software and reporting tools

Mature, decisive, and capable of operating independently without close supervision

Candidate Profile

Field-oriented and comfortable working on site daily

Technically strong with engineering-level problem-solving ability

Fast decision-maker capable of identifying solutions immediately

Able to work under pressure and take full responsibility for outcomes

Thinks like an engineer and executes like a technician

Mandatory Requirements

Valid UAE Manual Driving Licence is mandatory

Must be able to drive the company team to site daily

Currently residing in the UAE

Transferable visa or own visa status

Available to start within 30 days

Physically capable of full hands-on field work
