Position: Senior Maintenance Technician

Location: Dubai

Nationality: Any Nationality

Ø Responsible for the preventive maintenance and call backs of 70+ units alone.

Ø Perform the maintenance works efficiently and according to company procedures and instructions received.

Ø Perform the preventive maintenance, proactive maintenance, reactive maintenance and corrective maintenance for the elevators, escalators, travellators, moving walks and dumbwaiters as per standard.

Ø Perform the elevator/escalator repair works as per standard.

Ø Know how to use hands and measurements & testing devices such as ammeters and voltmeters and elevator diagnostic tool.

Ø Able to read and understand the electrical wiring diagram and familiar with the fault findings principals & allocating the malfunction component e.g. brakes, motors, switches, signals and control systems using test equipment’s.

Ø Perform mechanical, electrical, and testing & commissioning work efficiently and according to company procedures and instructions received.

Ø Perform the Installation works independently.

Ø Able to read and understand shop drawing to identify the equipment needed for the installation.

Ø Report all non-conformities immediately to the immediate Supervisor.

Ø Adhere to all Hyundai safety guidelines and procedures.

Ø Perform other related duties.

Ø Respond the maintenance emergency calls by 24x7

Minimum Requirement

Experience in elevator industry minimum 3-5 years experience.

UAE driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
