Senior Male Outdoor Sales Executive – F&B / Hospitality

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Outdoor Sales Executive with 10–13 years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry to drive business growth through direct client engagement. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong industry connections and a proven ability to generate revenue in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and generate new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and corporate clients
  • Conduct regular outdoor sales visits, meetings, and presentations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the hospitality sector
  • Promote company services and tailor solutions based on client needs
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 10–13 years of proven outdoor sales experience in F&B or hospitality
  • Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and catering industry in Qatar/GCC
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Valid driving license in Qatar (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
