About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Outdoor Sales Executive with 10–13 years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry to drive business growth through direct client engagement. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong industry connections and a proven ability to generate revenue in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and generate new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and corporate clients
- Conduct regular outdoor sales visits, meetings, and presentations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the hospitality sector
- Promote company services and tailor solutions based on client needs
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- 10–13 years of proven outdoor sales experience in F&B or hospitality
- Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and catering industry in Qatar/GCC
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Valid driving license in Qatar (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
