Senior Management Consultant

Job Summary:
EHTCA Consulting Group KSA WLL is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to lead strategic advisory engagements, business transformation initiatives, and operational improvement projects for enterprise clients. This role is responsible for diagnosing complex business challenges, developing data-driven solutions, and delivering executive-level recommendations that improve performance, profitability, and organizational efficiency. If you are an experienced consulting professional with strong strategic and analytical expertise, this is a key opportunity in Saudi Arabia’s management consulting sector.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements across multiple industries
• Conduct business diagnostics, performance assessments, and operational reviews
• Develop strategic growth plans, transformation roadmaps, and efficiency programs
• Build financial models, forecasts, and data-driven business cases
• Advise senior executives on organizational design and process optimization
• Identify cost reduction, revenue growth, and operational improvement opportunities
• Prepare executive presentations, board reports, and strategic recommendations
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client discovery sessions
• Manage project delivery timelines, scope, and consulting team outputs
• Support digital transformation, change management, and restructuring initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business advisory roles
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering transformation or performance improvement projects
• Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and organizational design
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact consulting engagements
• Experience working in GCC consulting environments is an advantage
• Strong academic background in business, economics, finance, or related fields

Pay: ﷼22,000.00 - ﷼40,000.00 per month
