Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to join our consultancy firm. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in leading consulting projects, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. This position requires a strong blend of industry expertise, leadership skills, and a track record of delivering high-impact solutions to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee consulting engagements, from initial client contact through project delivery and follow-up, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant on business strategy, operations improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients and internal teams, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices to solve complex business challenges.
• Manage a team of consultants, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to foster professional growth and development.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop business development strategies, identify growth opportunities, and expand client relationships.
• Conduct thorough analysis, research, and diagnostics to identify client needs, recommend solutions, and develop actionable implementation plans.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction by conducting regular project reviews, managing scope, and resolving any issues or concerns that arise.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to proactively advise clients on potential impacts and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership initiatives, including writing articles, participating in industry conferences, and representing the firm in professional forums.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a consulting role, with a focus on strategy, operations, or organizational consulting.
• Strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing consulting projects from initiation to completion, with a track record of delivering measurable results and value to clients.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Strategic thinker with analytical prowess and problem-solving skills, capable of synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, as well as familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Must be a UAE resident living in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
