Senior Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Gradding Homes who can independently handle client onboarding, property onboarding, listings management, documentation, agreements, and sales strategy. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with international accommodation companies and a strong understanding of how global housing platforms operate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

· Manage end-to-end student/professional onboarding, from enquiry to final accommodation confirmation

· Guide clients through:

o Property options

o Rental terms & conditions

o Move-in timelines

o Deposits, contracts, and documentation

· Ensure a smooth, high-trust experience for students and parents

· Coordinate closely with counselling and operations teams

2. Property Onboarding & Listings Management

· Onboard international property partners, landlords, and housing providers

· Ensure accurate and compliant property listings, including:

o Property details

o Pricing & availability

o Terms of stay

o City-wise and intake-wise inventory planning

· Maintain and audit listings to avoid mismatches or mis-selling

3. Documentation, Contracts & Compliance

· Handle and review:

o Rental agreements

o Booking confirmation letters

o Deposit policies

o Cancellation and refund clauses

· Ensure documentation is aligned with international accommodation standards

· Coordinate with legal/compliance teams wherever required

· Maintain proper records for both clients and property partners

4. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

· Design and execute sales strategies for:

o Student accommodation

o Working professional housing

o Short-term & long-term stays

· Define pricing logic, margins, and commission structures

· Work closely with counselling and BD teams to:

o Convert warm leads

o Upsell accommodation services

o Improve conversion ratios

· Track performance metrics and monthly targets

5. Market & Platform Knowledge

· Bring strong understanding of how global accommodation companies function, including:

o Platform-based housing models

o Property verification processes

o Client funnel and closure strategies

· Share best practices and process improvements with internal teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
