Role Overview
We are looking for an Experienced Sales Powerhouse who understands that legal services are a necessity, not a luxury. This role demands a professional who can navigate two distinct worlds: pitching sophisticated legal compliance and protection strategies to Corporate Entities (B2B) and offering essential legal safety nets to Individual Clients (B2C).
Note: You are not selling to other law firms. You are selling LawCrust’s specialized solutions to companies and individuals to help them manage legal risks and resolve complex disputes.
Key Responsibilities1. B2B: Corporate Legal Risk Management
- Corporate Outreach: Identify and consult with CEOs, CFOs, and Founders of SMEs and Large Corporates who require legal protection, contract management, and statutory compliance.
- Strategic Consulting: Position LawCrust as an external legal partner to help companies navigate regulatory hurdles, debt recovery, and corporate litigation.
- Hardcore Closures: Manage the full sales lifecycle for high-value corporate contracts and annual legal retainerships.
2. B2C: Individual Legal Solutions
- Direct Sales: Engage with high-net-worth individuals and retail clients for personal legal requirements such as property disputes, family law, and consumer protection.
- Solution Selling: Convert leads into clients by demonstrating the tangible value and peace of mind provided by LawCrust’s hybrid consulting model.
3. Market Leadership
- Field Dominance: Execute face-to-face meetings and presentations across Navi Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed aggressive monthly revenue targets, leveraging both volume (B2C) and value (B2B).
- CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, ensuring a seamless handoff to our legal delivery teams.
Who You Are
- The Veteran Closer: You have 3–5 years of "hardcore" sales experience. You aren't afraid of "No" and you know how to turn a cold lead into a signed contract.
- Hybrid Thinker: You can pivot your pitch from a formal corporate boardroom setting to a personal one-on-one consultation with an individual.
- Legal Literacy: You have a strong grasp of legal terminologies and business compliances (GST, Labor Laws, Company Law, etc.). A law background is a plus, but a "Sales First" attitude is mandatory.
- Navi Mumbai Based: You are locally based or have easy access to Nerul and are ready for daily field-based business development.
