What You’ll Do:

The Senior Manager of Content Marketing and AIO Strategy leads Participate Learning’s content vision, ensuring the organization stays ahead of marketing trends in an era of digital transformation and AI innovation. This role shapes the storytelling, distribution, and analytics strategies across emerging and established channels—including YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and beyond—to elevate Participate Learning’s voice as a thought leader in cultural exchange, global learning, and dual language immersion (DLI).

The ideal candidate blends creativity and technology, pairing storytelling expertise with a deep understanding of how AI tools, automation, and data intelligence can enhance content creation, personalization, and engagement.

Essential Functions

Content and Channel Strategy

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive, multi-channel content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across Participate Learning’s audiences, including district leaders, educators, international teachers, and partners.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to align content strategy with Participate Learning’s positioning around cultural exchange, global learning, dual language immersion, and career readiness.
  • Lead the planning and alignment of campaigns to promote key content pieces across all marketing channels—ensuring cohesive storytelling, consistent messaging, and coordinated timing across social media, email, web, and paid efforts.
  • Establish consistent communication rhythms and shared frameworks (such as campaign calendars, briefs, and alignment meetings) to ensure proactive collaboration and amplify the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Expand the organization’s digital presence by leading strategies for: YouTube (long-form storytelling, interviews, explainer videos) and Reddit (educator community engagement and thought leadership), as well as other channels as appropriate.
  • Mentor and develop content team members, providing feedback, creative and strategic guidance, and growth opportunities to strengthen overall content quality.

AI and Emerging Technologies

  • Champion the ethical and effective integration of AI tools into the content production and analytics process.
  • Evaluate and adopt AI-driven tools for content ideation, creation, distribution, and performance optimization.
  • Lead experimentation with AI-enhanced personalization, A/B testing, and dynamic content generation to improve audience engagement and user experience.
  • Stay informed of evolving AI and martech trends, translating insights into actionable strategies that future-proof Participate Learning’s marketing approach.

Data, Insights, and Optimization

  • Lead the optimization of the MarTech ecosystem to streamline campaign execution and content personalization.
  • Partner with the Marketing Analytics Manager to analyze engagement, conversion, and performance metrics across platforms.
  • Present clear reports and recommendations to senior leadership, driving data-informed decision-making across marketing campaigns.
  • Implement a test-and-learn culture, where content is continuously optimized for performance and audience relevance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Partnership teams to align messaging and highlight Participate Learning’s impact across audiences.
  • Collaborate with other marketing pods—including social media, sales enablement, design, and paid media—to concept, develop, and manage integrated lead generation and customer engagement campaigns across Participate Learning’s product lines.
  • Partner with paid media teams to ensure content supports lead generation and brand positioning goals.
Requirements:

Experience You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, digital strategy, or related fields, including experience leading a content team.
  • Demonstrated success managing integrated content campaigns across multiple channels (especially video, social, and email).
  • Proven experience implementing or leveraging AI marketing tools to enhance creative workflows, insights, and campaign efficiency.
  • Experience in education or mission-driven organizations preferred.

Skills

  • Expertise in storytelling, audience engagement, and content lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in SEO, AIO, YouTube optimization, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, GA4, Sprout Social).
  • Familiarity with AI tools and understanding of emerging martech ecosystems.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring creative talent.
