Campaign Strategy
- Assist all conventional banking teams to devise digital marketing campaigns with a clear ROI and proposition in place.
- Develop & Execute Digital Campaign Strategy for HBL products to deliver against HBL’s product campaign digital objectives.
- Develop execution plan for the digital campaign initiatives to draw maximum mileage through digital assets to enhanced brand equity for HBL products on the digital spectrum.
- Create effective campaign management processes and sound project management structures to ensure effective utilization of campaign resources.
- Proactively review and evaluate digital campaign opportunities available for HBL products that help market the product in the digital universe to achieve HBL product marketing’s digital objectives.
Campaign Management
- Create on-time and engaging digital content to deliver on campaign communication goals for HBL brand/products to maximize engagement and attainment of campaign objectives .
- Manage digital conversations revolving around positive brand /product perceptions and experiences in order to strength brand / product positioning of HBL and its products online.
- Adapt campaign creative for channel specific audience in order to generate singlular messaging across offline and online communication to enhance campaign and proposition recall for HBL products.
- Maintain effective and productive relationships with the agencies and social media partners to ensure the translation of Campaign marketing strategies into active plans and seamless execution to efficiently deliver on digital campaign objectives
Campaign KPI Monitoring & Tracking
- Lead campaign monitoring and commercial acumen from a business perspective
- Measure campaign KPIs on an ongoing basis to improve campaign RODI and deliver cost effective solutions against campaign requirements for HBL product marketing objectives.
- Generate regular digital competitor performance review(s) and market trends to provide recommendations for digital brand development to optimize marketing plans.
- Devise digital customer service strategy based on learnings from digital and social media analytics to positively influence digital/social audiences engagement resulting in better brand reputation online.
Social Media Management
- Identify new social media and messaging channels for the bank to ensure that we stay ahead of the curve.
- Managing channel strategy for Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn which includes building and maintaining the social media presence for the corporate brand and product brands in order to enhance brand equity with digital audience
- Create content across all social channels fb, twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, snap chat, WhatsApp to ensure the delivery of key campaign message.
- Manage strong relationship with key social media influencers to ensure positive endorsement in all sections of social media for positive brand image.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with specialization in Digital Marketing / Technology Marketing

- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
