This role owns and drives the website growth strategy to increase qualified traffic and improve conversion rates across key customer funnels. The Senior Manager Digital Conversion analyzes user behavior, lead testing and personalization efforts, and optimizes the website experience for prospects, customers, and partners. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, design, content, SEO, and development teams, this role ensures the website evolves to meet business goals and delivers best-in-class digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Defines, owns, and executes the website growth roadmap to boost traffic and conversion across critical customer journeys.
  • Analyzes user behavior to identify friction and implement A/B tests, personalization, and content improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Uses analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to track site performance, generate insights, report progress, and influence data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborates closely with marketing, design, content, SEO, and development teams to align the website with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Leads hypothesis development, prioritizes and manages end-to-end experimentation focused on growth KPIs.
  • Partners with SEO and content teams to optimize landing pages for organic visibility and conversion effectiveness.
  • Owns and drives key website metrics, including funnel conversion rates, lead quality, bounce rates, session-to-signup ratios, and overall website health.
  • Leads and mentors a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required
  • 8+ years of related experience, required.
  • 10+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo

Exposure to personalization platforms and AI-driven optimization tools.

Agile project management experience preferred.

  • Comprehensive industry knowledge with expertise in digital marketing and conversion strategies, driving website growth and optimization.
  • Expert interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to influence others, foster collaboration, and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in digital analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar) to translate data into actionable growth strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Proven ability to lead experimentation programs by developing hypotheses, prioritizing tests, and managing end-to-end A/B and multivariate testing to drive growth and improve conversion KPIs.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user behavior analytics, and web design fundamentals to identify and remove friction in user journeys.
  • Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with web development, SEO, content, and marketing technology teams, ensuring seamless execution of web optimization strategies.
  • Strategic thinker capable of defining and executing a website growth roadmap aligned with broader business and product objectives, driving measurable business impact.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop others, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.

Pay Transparency

The base salary for this position is $129,000 to $172,000 per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
