Senior Manager Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager Engineering with extensive experience in Heat Transfer Products and Project Engineering Execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in thermal design, product development, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to design and develop Heat Transfer Products, including heat exchangers and related equipment.
• Develop and execute project plans for pumped-storage hydroelectricity projects, ensuring timely and within- budget completion.
• Collaborate with Product and Project Engineering teams to drive innovation and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage engineering and design resources to meet project requirements and team goals.
• Develop and track project budgets and forecasts, ensuring adherence to company financial goals.
  
  

Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering and construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven expertise in thermal design software, including HTRI, UNILAB, Aspen EDR, or proprietary PHE design tools.
• In-depth understanding of heat transfer principles, pumped-storage hydroelectricity, and product engineering.
• Effective leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive creative solutions.
