What You Will Do?
Enterprise Sales

Drive end-to-end enterprise sales across
SaaS, virtual experience platforms, digital engagement, events, and B2B lead-generation solutions
.

Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting → solutioning → pitching → negotiation → closure.

Build and scale high-value pipelines across Tech, IT/ITES, Telecom, BFSI, and high-growth verticals.
CXO Engagement & Account Expansion
-
Open doors using your strong industry connects and engage senior decision-makers (CIO, CMO, CTO, CDO, GTM leaders, Business Heads).

Map key accounts, grow wallet share, and widen stakeholder relationships.

Identify customer needs, drive consultative conversations, and articulate clear ROI.
Solution Selling & Proposal Strategy

Partner with internal solution, creative, product, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals that solve customer problems.

Lead storytelling, commercial structuring, and deal strategy for complex enterprise opportunities.

Present solutions confidently and persuasively to senior leadership on the client side.
Business Development & New Logos

Build a strong prospecting engine through research, outreach, and networking.

Re-engage inactive accounts and convert them into active growth opportunities.

Continuously identify whitespace and upsell/cross-sell opportunities across product and service lines.
Execution Alignment

Ensure seamless coordination with delivery teams so commitments translate into customer delight.

Track invoicing, closure milestones, and ensure on-time collections.

Maintain CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and quarterly revenue predictability.
What We’re Looking For

12–18 years
of experience in enterprise sales

Strong background in
SaaS, Martech, Digital/Integrated Marketing, Events, or Virtual Experience Platforms
-
Demonstrated success in closing large, complex enterprise deals
-
Strong network across Tech, IT/ITES, Telecom, BFSI, and digital-first organizations
-
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
-
A high-agency performer with resilience, ownership, and hunger to exceed targets
-
MBA/PGDM preferred
