Job Summary

Humara Ghar (Private) Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Accounts & Finance to lead and oversee all aspects of the Company’s finance function. The role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for financial management, accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and implementation of finance-related software and systems. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial leadership while ensuring robust controls, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow management
• Provide timely and reliable financial reports and analysis to senior management.

Accounting & Controls

• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and team performance
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with SECP requirements, including statutory filings and corporate records
• Manage FBR matters, including income tax, sales tax, withholding tax, and related filings
• Oversee payroll taxation and statutory deductions
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities

Audit & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate external and internal audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations
• Act as the primary finance liaison with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulators

Systems & Software Implementation

• Lead implementation, improvement, and integration of accounting and ERP/finance software
• Ensure automation, data integrity, and effective financial reporting through systems
• Train and guide team members on finance systems and best practices

Qualifications

• ICMA / ACCA / CA (Finalist)

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, and taxation, with minimum 5 years in Manager Finance or Senior Manager Finance role.
• Strong working knowledge of SECP and FBR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in managing audits and tax matters
• Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP/finance software
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Reporting To

• Chief Financial Officer / Senior Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per month
