Senior Manager- Finance & Accounts (Qualified CA preferred)

Job Location – Gift City, Gujarat

Salary – 10L – 16L PA

Industry – Shipping & Maritime

Required Skills & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field of education.
• 12 – 15 years of progressive financial leadership position, preferably in the shipping & maritime industry.
• Expert in financial modeling, FP&A, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of industry-specific tax requirements and compliance/regulations.
• Risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks that threaten the company’s financial stability (credit, interest, currency fluctuations, etc.).
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with financial systems/automation.
• Proficiency in commonly used financial software/tools.
• Strategic business partner capable of influencing executive and board-level decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership abilities.
• Adept at cash flow management and navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
