Senior Manager G2P Reporting and Analytics

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/master’s in data science, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.

Minimum experience:

• 3 to 5 years of Experience in data analytics, financial reporting, or G2P/social protection programs (experience with mobile money, banking, or humanitarian cash transfers preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau.
• Knowledge of Python/R, SAS, or other statistical tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with payment systems (e.g., ACH, mobile wallets, card-based transfers).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
