Position: Senior Manager - HR

Level: Senior Manager

Reporting to: Head - HR

Reportees: Yes

Role Overview: Responsible for driving Performance Management with Balanced Scorecard, Learning and Development, Organization Development, Strategic HR, Employee Engagement, and HR Analytics.

Note: Prefers Immediate joiners who can join before 20th September 2025.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create and drive strategy, framework, processes, and data analysis for performance management, talent reviews/calibration, and performance management analytics in consultation with the Head HR.
  • Assisting the overall HR function with Talent Management by leveraging Learning & Development (L&D). Co-create the organization’s L&D vision and curate L&D programs for all employees.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits benchmarking reports to provide insights on pay structures and market positioning.
  • Lead job banding project to ensure internal equity, role clarity, and market competitiveness.
  • Design and analyze a variety of HR surveys such as candidate experience survey, employee engagement survey, pulse survey, training effectiveness survey, etc.
  • Create HR Presentations for the leadership.
  • Spearhead HR analytics initiatives to drive data-driven decisions. Should be able to design a variety of HR MIS reports and HR dashboards using MS-Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.

Educational Qualifications

MBA / MMS / PGDM / PGDBA in HR from a reputed B-School. Prefers full-time MBA or equivalent degree.

Years of Experience

  • 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
  • 5 years of experience in Performance Management with Balanced Scorecard, Learning and Development, Organization Development, Strategic HR, and Employee Engagement.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and driving talent and learning programs that positively calibrate talent with rigor, deepen succession and increase organizational capability
  • Proficient in HR Analytics and Advanced Dashboards
  • Ability to effectively interface with and influence employees/managers at all levels of the organization and across business units (interventions)

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced MS-Excel skills.
  • Advanced Analytics and Dashboards.

Job Specification:

  • Nature of Job: Permanent
  • Location: HO, Chembur(Govandi), Mumbai
  • Hours Of Work: 8 hours; 6 days a week; 02 Saturdays every month, apart from the Sundays fixed weekly off
