Key responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the entire hiring process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees.
  • Training and development: Develop and implement training programs and performance management systems to support employee growth and development.
  • Employee relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and address disciplinary issues.
  • Compliance and policy: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Compensation and benefits: Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Employee engagement: Create initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.

Skills and qualifications

  • MBA with 5-7 years experience in Recruitment & Generalist HR function.
  • Should have managed a small team of HR professionals.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to strategize and align HR functions with business objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
