Key responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the entire hiring process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees.
- Training and development: Develop and implement training programs and performance management systems to support employee growth and development.
- Employee relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and address disciplinary issues.
- Compliance and policy: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Compensation and benefits: Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Employee engagement: Create initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.
Skills and qualifications
- MBA with 5-7 years experience in Recruitment & Generalist HR function.
- Should have managed a small team of HR professionals.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to strategize and align HR functions with business objectives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
