Roles and Responsibilities of Head - Human Resource:
Strategic HR Planning:
· Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
· Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
· Drive organizational change and transformation strategies.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
· Oversee end-to-end recruitment and ensure high-quality hiring.
· Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
· Implement succession planning and career development programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
· Foster a positive work culture and drive engagement initiatives.
· Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
· Address grievances and create an open communication environment.
Compensation & Benefits Management:
· Design and manage competitive compensation structures.
· Ensure proper administration of employee benefits and rewards programs.
· Conduct periodic benchmarking of salary and benefits policies.
Performance Management & Leadership Development:
· Develop and implement performance evaluation frameworks.
· Oversee leadership development and employee growth programs.
· Ensure fair and transparent appraisal processes.
HR Compliance & Policy Development:
· Ensure adherence to labor laws, compliance regulations, and company policies.
· Develop and update HR policies in alignment with industry standards.
· Manage audits and ensure proper HR documentation.
Workforce Analytics & HR Technology:
· Leverage HR analytics to make data-driven decisions.
· Implement and optimize HRMS for efficiency and automation.
· Monitor workforce trends and recommend strategic improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
