Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for assigned business units, aligning people’s initiatives with organizational goals.

Drive HR programs and initiatives at the unit level, including engagement, performance management, and change management.

Partner with business leaders to provide insights into employee trends, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

Serve as the go-to advisor for all people-related matters within the business unit, addressing employee queries, concerns, and process implementation.

Analyze HR data and reports to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Champion changes by challenging existing processes and implementing more agile, effective solutions.
To be eligible for this role you will require:

MBA in Human Resources with 9-15 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering.

Proven experience in driving HR initiatives and acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented mindset with a focus on execution excellence.
