Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Partner with top management to design policies that enhance productivity, culture, and retention.
- Forecast manpower requirements and plan for talent acquisition and succession.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all levels — from factory staff to senior management.
- Ensure timely deployment of manpower in coordination with department heads.
- Build an internal talent pipeline and foster employee referrals and internal promotions.
3. Performance Management & Organizational Development
- Drive the implementation of Key Result Areas (KRAs) and annual appraisal systems.
- Facilitate performance reviews, feedback sessions, and career growth discussions.
- Identify and groom high-potential employees for leadership roles.
4. Employee Relations & Culture Building
- Build and maintain a positive work culture based on integrity, teamwork, and vegetarian workplace ethics.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Lead engagement initiatives, communication forums, and welfare programs.
5. Training, Learning & Development
- Identify competency gaps and design training calendars for all departments.
- Organize leadership, compliance, and skill-based training programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain detailed records.
6. Payroll, Attendance & Statutory Compliance
- Oversee attendance management and coordinate payroll processing.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws and statutory obligations (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
- Liaise with auditors and government authorities for HR-related inspections and reports.
7. Policy Formulation & HR Systems
- Develop, review, and update HR policies in line with best practices.
- Digitize HR processes for attendance, leave, and performance tracking.
- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MBA / MSW / MHRM).
- 10–15 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, factory act, and compliance norms.
