Senior Manager – HSE

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Strong capability to identify, demonstrate and implementation of safety standards during construction of high-rise building

2. Develop and implement site specific HSE plan.

3. Plan, lead, and conduct site HSE meetings.

4. Review, update and share site-specific implementation and status with the management.

5. Proficiency in risk assessments, safety audits, and safety inspections

6. Follow up with contractor representatives to ensure proper disciplinary procedures

7. Train employees and contractor representatives according to the construction safety management plan

8. Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001 and Indian standards on Safety rules and regulations

Desired experience : 16 - 18 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
