Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage cross-functional campaigns leveraging content, product, and brand assets to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance using analytics and stakeholder feedback.
  • Lead development of benchmarking reports, industry trend analyses, and proprietary research that position the company as a market leader.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to source data and insights.
  • Ensure these initiatives are integrated into marketing campaigns, PR efforts, and executive communications.
  • Work closely with Field & Customer Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Ops to ensure seamless execution of integrated programs.
  • Develop and execute content strategy that supports demand generation, thought leadership, and customer engagement.
  • Create multi-channel content (web, social, email, video, events) aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing and Digital Marketing to ensure content supports campaigns and sales enablement.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy for new products and features, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Partner with Product Management and Sales to gather insights and translate them into compelling value propositions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and maintain customer personas.
  • Contribute ideas around brand strategy, visual identity, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage brand awareness initiatives through integrated campaigns and executive communications.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across the organization.
  • Champion marketing technology adoption and process improvements.
  • Support executive leadership with strategic marketing insights and presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years in B2B marketing with experience in content, product, and brand marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns and product launches.
  • Experience creating thought leadership assets such as reports, research, or industry insights.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
