Job Description
BTL Campaigns: Design and execute grassroots activation and consumer touchpoints
- Plan & execute on-ground events, van activations, society branding, local melas, jataras, festive events, fan premieres, pressmeets, meet & greets etc
- Execute Innovations on ground
- Supervise local agencies & vendors
- Drive rural market penetration strategies
- Leverage local events and festivals
- Ensure language, visuals & tone reflect regional sensibilities
- Monitor competitor campaigns
- Track consumer behavior in different geographies
- Analyze feedback from rural/urban consumers
- Supervise execution in field
- Conduct audits and vendor checks
- Manage last-mile delivery with precision
ATL Campaigns: - Manage TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor & Cinema advertising
- Coordinate with media & creative agencies
- Ensure regional flavour in creatives
- Track campaign performance & ROI
Job Requirement
- Strong project and vendor management skills with an execution-first mindset.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, media plans, and timelines independently.
- Fluent in Telugu and comfortable working in linguistically and culturally diverse markets.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and adaptable to local conditions and work environments.
