The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic, data‑driven leader responsible for developing and executing high‑impact marketing strategies that accelerate brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. This role requires a forward‑thinking marketer who is fluent in AI‑powered marketing technologies and experienced in building Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programs that drive measurable pipeline influence. The ideal candidate blends creativity with analytical rigor and thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
This role is based in Lexington, MA US and reports to the Director of Marketing.
- Leverage AI‑driven insights, predictive analytics, and automation to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign performance.

Build annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs and performance targets.

Lead the strategy and execution of ABM programs across key segments and target accounts.

Partner with Sales to define account tiers and personalized engagement strategies.

Develop multi‑channel ABM campaigns that increase account penetration, accelerate deal cycles, and expand customer value.

Measure ABM effectiveness through account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact.

Lead multi‑channel campaigns across digital, content, events, and paid media.

Use AI tools to optimize audience segmentation, creative testing, and real‑time performance adjustments.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Use data and AI‑powered analytics platforms to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy.

Own marketing dashboards, reporting, and forecasting.

Optimize spend across channels to maximize ROI.

Oversee relationships with agencies, freelancers, and technology partners, including AI and ABM platform vendors.

Skilled in managing a modern marketing technology stack
- Proven work experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or similar role

Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns

Experience with CRM, ABM platforms, and modern marketing tech stacks

Demonstrated expertise in Account‑Based Marketing strategy and execution

Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered marketing tools (e.g., predictive analytics, personalization engines, automation platforms)

Proficient in HubSpot and Pardot

Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics

In addition to base pay, our full-time regular employees are eligible for an attractive benefits package, cash incentive opportunities, and an equity grant.
The base annual salary hiring range for this position is $155,000-$170,000
Starting salaries are determined based on skills, experience, budget and other job-related factors. More information about our total compensation package will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
