Senior Manager of Pricing and Customer Success

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience.

Job Duties:

  • Engage in competitive intelligence, collect and analyzes information on market trends and conditions, gauge anticipated demand, and use the information to develop pricing strategies.
  • Provide information on market growth for products and services.
  • Collaboratively work with Sales to advise, create and/or revise pricing strategies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledgeable about best practices and industry standards for automating pricing processes and procedures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
  • Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
  • Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
