Job Role:
As a Performance and Rewards Lead, you will advise and lead the design, implementation, and governance of total rewards strategies. You will deliver data-driven solutions that align compensation frameworks with the business strategy, drive employee performance, and ensure compensation planning aligns with budgetary requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute compensation strategies, including the design and implementation of base salary structures, short-term and long-term incentive plans, and executive compensation programs.
- Develop and advise on competitive pay ranges and strategic pay positioning aligned with market benchmarks and business objectives to optimize talent attraction, retention, and maintain internal equity.
- Manage the performance management process, ensuring consistent evaluation standards, alignment with compensation decisions, and effective communication of performance outcomes to employees and leadership.
- Monitor and manage manpower budgets to ensure compensation expenditures align with financial plans, providing regular analysis and forecasts to support strategic workforce planning.
Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of C&B principles and procedures, in familiarity with other HR domains.
- Understanding of Executive Compensation and compliance Frameworks.
- Knowledge and Understanding of HR practices and Performance Metrics.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Economics, Finance, or related field; Certification in compensation or progress towards certification is a plus.
- 3– years of experience in compensation consulting, total rewards, or a related HR advisory role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools preferred
