Senior Manager – Procurement

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Procurement who can drive strategic sourcing, procurement governance, vendor management, and cost optimization across the organization.

What this role is about:

• Leading end-to-end procurement operations (PR → PO → Payment) using MS Dynamics
• Driving strategic sourcing & negotiations across key categories
• Managing vendor onboarding, contracts, compliance, and performance
• Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Tech, HR, Finance, Legal, and Business teams
• Using data and analytics to unlock savings, improve efficiency, and reduce risk
• Strengthening procurement governance while enabling business growth

Who should apply:

• 10–12 years of experience in procurement / strategic sourcing / supply chain
• Strong exposure to digital marketing, branding, content, IT hardware & software procurement
• Hands-on with ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred)
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate value, and lead teams
• A mindset focused on cost optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
