Job Summary:

The Senior Manager – College Registrar & Student Services (UAE National only)


Responsible for leading both the Registrar operations and all Student Services functions across the college. The role ensures efficient academic records management, smooth registration processes, strong student support, and a positive student experience. This position oversees policies, teams, systems, and service quality across both areas.


Key Responsibilities

Registrar & Academic Records

  • Lead and manage the full registrar function across campuses.
  • Oversee student registration, enrolment, withdrawals, and graduation cycles.
  • Ensure accurate, secure, and confidential academic records.
  • Manage transcripts, certificates, and graduation documentation.
  • Coordinate academic schedules, timetables, and exam administration.
  • Ensure full compliance with ACTVET/IAT/ADVETI academic policies and accreditation standards.
  • Maintain and improve student information systems (ERP/SIS).
  • Prepare enrolment, retention, and academic data reports.
  • Handle escalated academic record cases and provide solutions.

Student Services

  • Lead student services operations including attendance, wellbeing, activities, and discipline.
  • Manage student conduct, behavior, and counselling processes.
  • Oversee student activities, events, leadership programs, and student engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure high-quality support for students’ academic, social, and personal needs.
  • Coordinate with principals, teachers, and campus leaders on student-related matters.
  • Implement and monitor policies related to attendance and student behavior.
  • Handle escalated student cases including wellbeing and discipline.
  • Oversee new student orientation and onboarding.
  • Monitor and improve student satisfaction and engagement levels.


Leadership & Administration

  • Supervise, guide, and evaluate teams in both Registrar and Student Services departments.
  • Develop and update policies, workflows, and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Lead audits, compliance checks, and accreditation documentation.
  • Prepare regular management reports and recommendations.
  • Ensure strong communication between campuses, departments, and central offices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
