Are you enthusiastic about being a team player in one of the most fascinating industries in the world? At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.

Own and evolve training materials, tools, job aids, tutorials, and instructional media across digital platforms, incorporating brand standards and tone to support clarity, engagement, and consistent understanding.
Assess and drive improvements to training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and prepare routine and ad hoc reports to support ongoing refinement.
Maintain awareness of industry best practices and regulatory developments related to responsible gaming education and awareness and recommend updates to content, materials, or delivery approaches as appropriate.
Execute mystery shop activity to track employee application and lead cross-functional coordination with Information Technology and Database Marketing to implement guest awareness surveys.
Drive targeted awareness initiatives for employees and defined guest populations across geographic markets, adapting messaging and delivery to align with approved program objectives.
Serve as a representative for MGM Resorts at industry events, conferences, and property or community activities related to responsible gaming and problem gambling.
Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent communication related to responsible gaming education and awareness initiatives.
Advance and mature education and awareness efforts through continuous refinement of content, delivery methods, and engagement approaches to meet evolving industry and regulatory needs.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Learning & Development, Education, Finance, or related field.
At least four (4) years of prior relevant experience in corporate training, responsible gaming, marketing, consulting, or other related functions.
Prior management or leadership experience within compliance, corporate training, responsible gaming, marketing, consulting, or related functions preferred.
THE PERKS & BENEFITS:
Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally.
