Senior Manager - Sales Lab grown Diamond

About the Role:

We are looking for confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Sales Professionals to join our premium Lab-Grown Diamond Showroom at R City Mall. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for luxury sales, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store experience to our customers.

Location: R City Mall, Ghatkopar

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in luxury retail/jewelry/diamond or premium fashion sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to close high-value sales and meet targets.
• Strong product presentation and negotiation skills.
• Smart, confident, and well-groomed appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the product selection process.
• Present and explain the features and benefits of lab-grown diamonds confidently.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional and personalized service.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
• Handle billing, inventory updates, and ensure product displays are well-maintained.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, current offers, and brand initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
