About the Role
iQuanti is seeking a Senior Manager, SEO to be a key strategist and team leader, providing insightful analysis and innovative solutions for our clients. As a member of our SEO team, you will partner with account teams and clients to spearhead search strategy, research, and thought leadership in the SEO arena. This is an entrepreneurial, growth-centric role where you will not only lead and mentor a team but also roll up your sleeves to perform and train others with hands-on SEO work.
This position requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for both delegation and execution. You will be a champion for organic search, ensuring its capabilities are integrated into multichannel marketing solutions for key ROI focused clients, including paid search, content strategy, UX, and paid search.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as a mentor, trainer, and coach for the SEO team.
  • Innovate and develop solutions by identifying gaps in current SEO scopes and brand objectives, and proposing new frameworks and strategies to address them.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, company leadership, and clients to ensure organic search capabilities are included in multichannel marketing solutions.
  • Effectively delegate complex projects, manage team tasks, bandwidth, and resourcing to ensure effective work balance.
  • Provide feedback to the SEO team on core deliverables, reporting insights, and brand recommendations.
  • Review team billability and usability to ensure we're staying on target and effectively using resources.
  • Lead internal initiatives such as developing templates, processes, and researching new tools.
  • Champion SEO capabilities to stakeholders, ensuring the team's contributions are visible and valued.

The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Have 6+ years of marketing or digital marketing experience, with a strong background in search and content strategy.
  • Have experience in the financial services vertical.
  • Possess deep technical SEO knowledge, and the ability to train the team on best practices, industry tools, and algorithm updates.
  • Be proficient in Adobe Analytics or similar analytics platforms, as well as SEO/GEO centric tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Profound
  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking by identifying and communicating opportunities related to new technologies, software, and updates.
  • Be skilled at delegating complex projects, providing clear direction, and empowering the team.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, with significant experience presenting to both internal and external audiences.
  • Be an excellent collaborative team player who can work with various marketing principles, such as Analytics, UX and Paid Search, to facilitate a synergistic approach.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in team management and mentorship, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Bring innovation and flexibility, eagerly adopting new solutions to address emerging challenges.
  • Possess a positive personality that contributes to high team morale and a stable attitude that remains calm during challenging situations.
  • Be proactive and solution-oriented, naturally taking the initiative as opportunities arise.
  • Bring curiosity, humility, and a collaborative mindset, knowing when to lead, when to support, and when to ask questions.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Wilmington, DE - work on-site 3 days per week
Salary: $115K - $130K
