We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our Strategy & Insights team if you are someone who can turn data, culture, and human truths into sharp strategic platforms and inspiring creative springboards then we'd like to hear from you.
What You’ll Lead

What You’ll Do

Build focused, inspiring creative briefs and connection strategies

Translate complex data (qual & quant) into clear narratives and creative opportunities

Lead research initiatives (primary & secondary) and trend analysis

Support Effectiveness & Creative Award submissions

Participate in pitches with strong, differentiated strategic thinking

Monitor campaign performance and develop optimisation recommendations

Produce compelling client presentations that land the story and the work

Strengthen client relationships through trust, insight, and proactive partnership
What You Bring

7+ years in strategy, insights, brand planning or cultural strategy

Strong analytical, conceptual and storytelling skills

Ability to simplify complexity and inspire ideas

Confident presenter with excellent deck-craft

Strong collaborator who builds trust with creative teams and clients

Proactive, curious, culturally plugged-in

Native Arabic preferred

Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, research, communications, data, or business
