About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior Engineering Manager – Product Engineering
to lead the design, development, and delivery of customer-facing products that serve millions of users.
This role is for a
hands-on engineering leader
who combines deep technical acumen, product intuition, and operational excellence — someone who thrives on solving complex engineering problems while delivering user experiences that feel magical.
You’ll lead multiple high-performing teams across geographies, driving the
execution of product features, scalability initiatives, and AI-first innovations
. You’ll collaborate closely with
Product, Design, Data Science, and Customer teams
to translate business goals into technical roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Own
As a
Senior Engineering Manager
, you will own the complete delivery and quality of our product engineering initiatives:

Lead the
technical direction, architecture, and quality bar
for customer-facing product systems.

across multiple teams to meet business goals.

Partner with Product and Design to shape customer experiences with an

Ensure that engineering teams execute with

Interface with

What You’ll Do

Be Hands-On:
Stay deeply involved in hands-on coding, technical decisions, designing systems, and driving optimizations. Lead by example with clarity and technical depth.

Drive Engineering Quality:
Implement mechanisms for continuous improvement in architecture, testing, and reliability. Be the champion for quality and excellence in everything shipped.

AI-First Product Delivery:
Partner with AI and Data teams to embed AI capabilities — recommendations, personalization, conversational features — across core products.

Raise the Bar:
Coach teams on scalable design patterns, coding practices, and problem-solving approaches that improve velocity and maintainability.

Program Management:
Own complex, multi-quarter initiatives — ensuring clear communication, predictable delivery, and risk mitigation.

Stakeholder Alignment:
Collaborate across Product, CX, Sales, and Customer Engineering to align priorities and manage dependencies effectively.

Measure and Optimize:
Define success metrics (latency, quality, user engagement) and drive accountability through data-driven insights.

Mentor Future Leaders:
Develop engineering managers, leads, and senior engineers into high-impact contributors.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

Experience:
10+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years managing high-performing product or platform engineering teams.

Hands-On Technical Expertise:
Strong background in system design, scalable architectures, APIs, and modern frameworks. Ability to deep-dive into code, architecture, and data flows.

Extreme Ownership:
Proven track record of end-to-end accountability for product delivery, reliability, and quality.

Technical Excellence:
Demonstrated ability to
raise the engineering bar
, set coding standards, and lead through technical rigor and innovation.

Product and Customer Orientation:
Experience working closely with product teams and customers to align engineering efforts with business value.

Strong understanding or experience integrating

Hands-on leadership in scaling large consumer-facing systems (web, mobile, or voice).
