Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the in region sales strategy and direct all business development with direct revenue responsibility.
- Deliver against aggressive sales goals.
- Act as a player coach, traveling extensively to support the selling process and coach the team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers at senior levels.
- Present compellingly to senior client audiences and influence large deals.
- Analyze problems and influence internal stakeholders and customers with fact based thinking.
- Serve as the face of Services to senior level client stakeholders, including C suite.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop a plan for Services to support strategic imperatives.
- Facilitate implementation of strategies and action plans linking customer needs to resources.
- Build, recruit, manage, develop, and coach a team to increase revenue, share, and volume.
- Collaborate with product teams to align customer needs and product innovations with road maps.
- Work with Advisors & Consulting Services and Finance teams to drive and track delivery and revenue.
- Translate objectives into key hypotheses and structure work for large or complex projects.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of advisors' value propositions with a thoughtful approach to executing in a defined territory.
- Strong commercial drive, building and monetizing senior client relationships with empathy, thought leadership, and subject matter expertise.
- Preferably strong consulting and/or data driven solution selling background.
- Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base, able to build common ground and influence to advance business opportunities and generate revenues.
- Proven track record of progressively complex sales and strategic account management experience within the financial services sector; payments industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated successful account management experience.
- Revenue management and P&L experience.
- Successful conflict resolution experience.
- Goal setting abilities, along with strategic planning and succession planning experience.
- Top level sales skills (internally and externally) combined with strong negotiation capabilities for large deals.
