Senior Manufacturing Engineer - F&B Industry

• This is a Full-time role & relocation assistance is available.
• Due to the nature of the project, we need Visa independent Candidates only.

Required skills & experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in plant operations, process engineering, project engineering, process control and automation, manufacturing technology, operational excellence, or other relevant technical functions.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong background in automation, digitalization, and technology development initiatives within manufacturing or process industries.
• Experience with technologies and processes used in the starches, sweeteners, and texturizers industry is strongly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% as required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
