Senior Marine Electrical Systems Manager

Job Summary:
MSE Electromarine & Marine Systems W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Marine Electrical Systems Manager to lead the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of marine electrical and electro-mechanical systems across vessels, offshore platforms, and marine infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, safety compliance, and optimal performance of marine power and electrical systems. What you'll do:

• Oversee marine electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning activities
• Manage electrical power distribution systems for vessels and offshore platforms
• Supervise maintenance of marine navigation, control, and automation systems
• Ensure compliance with marine classification standards (IMO, DNV, ABS, etc.)
• Lead troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for marine electrical systems
• Coordinate with shipbuilders, offshore engineers, and technical contractors
• Review electrical schematics, technical drawings, and system specifications
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repair operations
• Ensure safety compliance for marine electrical operations and installations
• Oversee project execution timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables

Requirements:

• Experience in marine electrical engineering or marine systems management
• Strong knowledge of shipboard electrical systems and offshore power systems
• Familiarity with marine classification societies and international maritime standards
• Experience in troubleshooting complex marine electrical and automation systems
• Strong understanding of power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation
• Ability to manage technical teams in marine/offshore environments
• Experience in shipbuilding, marine maintenance, or offshore engineering projects
• Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR40,000.00 per month
