About the Role:

We provide integrated offshore support, vessel coordination, and marine engineering services for complex projects across the region.

We are looking for a Senior Marine Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of our marine operational performance. You are not just coordinating vessels and logistics—you are driving operational excellence across offshore projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance at every stage.

You will lead marine operations across multiple stakeholders, bridging the gap between offshore execution teams, engineering departments, and senior management. You are the operational authority in the room, ensuring that every decision supports safe and efficient delivery in demanding marine environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Marine Operations Management:

• Oversee daily offshore and marine operational activities
• Manage vessel deployment, scheduling, and marine logistics coordination
• Ensure readiness and efficient utilization of marine assets

Offshore Project Support:

• Lead marine operational support for offshore engineering and construction projects
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, and clients
• Ensure timely execution of offshore operational plans

HSE & Compliance Leadership:

• Enforce strict adherence to maritime safety and HSE regulations (IMO standards and local requirements)
• Conduct operational risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Promote a strong safety culture across all marine operations

Team & Resource Coordination:

• Supervise marine operations teams and offshore personnel
• Allocate manpower and resources based on project needs
• Support training and development of operational staff

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the key operational point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Provide clear reporting on marine operations performance
• Ensure alignment between operational execution and project objectives

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

• 8+ years in marine operations, offshore logistics, or maritime project management
• At least 3+ years in a senior supervisory or managerial role

Industry Background:

• Strong experience in offshore oil & gas, marine engineering, or vessel operations
• Familiarity with complex offshore and marine project environments

Technical & Operational Skills:

• Strong understanding of vessel operations and marine logistics
• Knowledge of HSE systems and maritime regulatory frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities under pressure

Leadership Mindset:

• Strong decision-making and accountability in operational environments
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
