Senior Marketing Account Manager

THE ROLE

This is a hybrid role – part player, part coach. You’ll manage a small team of Account Managers, own a portion of client work yourself, and partner with our Head of Customer Success to keep leveling up how we operate and deliver.

If you're someone who can guide clients and people, cares deeply about results, and has a bias toward action, this might be your role.

We’re not a huge agency. We’re fast-moving, founder-led, and scaling with intention. There’s no bureaucracy here - just clear goals, sharp people, and a lot of ownership. Everyone at Patch is expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and do what they say they’re going to do. That’s our baseline.

We’re building systems while running them and we don’t always get it right the first time. That means we’re looking for someone who’s steady under pressure, confident in their judgment, and ready to raise the bar as we grow.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4–6+ years of experience in client account management, preferably at a marketing or CRM agency
• 1+ years of team leadership or coaching experience
• Strategic understanding of digital marketing (email, SEO, Google Ads) and CRM (GoHighLevel & HubSpot is a plus)
• Confident communicator on Zoom, in Slack, and inside a client’s portal
• High ownership and sound judgment. You can prioritize well and move fast
• A steady presence, clear perspective, and the ability to lead through complexity

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
