Senior Marketing Analyst

As the Senior Marketing Analyst, you’ll own our marketing data from end to end, connecting the dots between channels, uncovering what drives performance, and building the systems that help us see clearly. It’s a hands-on role for someone who loves both pattern-finding and problem-solving, and who can turn a spreadsheet into a story about what matters most.

Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain reliable data pipelines across web, CRM/CDP, email, paid media, and social platforms etc. to ensure clean, consistent, accessible data.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify trends, ROI, and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate marketing questions into clear analytical plans and execute analyses independently.
  • Design and interpret A/B tests and experiments to ensure statistical significance is reached, validate hypotheses and inform marketing strategy.
  • Develop marketing dashboards and reports (Looker, Tableau, etc.) to track KPIs and communicate insights to the VP of Marketing.
  • Identify and analyze customer segments and cohort behavior to inform targeting, retention, and creative strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, member services and operations teams to get the full view of customer data.
  • Recommend actionable adjustments to budgets, targeting, and creative based on performance data.
  • Prioritize analytical projects based on business impact; balance quick-turn insights with long-term measurement improvements.
  • Establish and document marketing measurement best practices to ensure accuracy and scalability.
  • Stay current on marketing analytics tools, attribution models, and emerging AI and marketing data trends.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience supporting paid media, lifecycle, and cross-channel marketing programs to optimize performance.
  • Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics, attribution, segmentation and campaign tracking.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R for advanced analysis a plus.
  • Skilled in visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
  • Familiar with SEO, SEM, and digital media analytics.
  • Strong grasp of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis.
  • Solid foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, and optimization techniques,
  • Exceptional communicator and critical thinker, able to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Collaborative with a team/athlete mindset.
