About the role:

The Senior Marketing Associate will support all aspects of Witter Coin’s digital and brand marketing strategy, with an emphasis on social media, and will report to the Marketing Manager. Our sales and brand are extremely fast-growing, and we want our presence to be innovative, consistent, and performance-driven. This role will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, sales growth, and audience expansion while continually optimizing spend and tactics. This position will spend at least 30% of its time on social media, including writing, filming, and editing videos, and 70% of its time supporting cross-channel marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a cross-channel marketing strategy to drive in-store customers, private clients, and digital revenue.
• Support digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords and social ads
• Manage social media channels and own the development of content
• Design and write social media content, including filming and editing of videos
• Write and design emails for newsletters
• Hire and manage freelance designers as needed
• Execute website updates
• Help with CRM system procurement and launch, and use the CRM system and email platform for marketing outreach
• Support email marketing efforts, including planning, sending, and tracking performance
• Track and analyze marketing results to improve strategy and spending

Candidate requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, including social media and email marketing work
• Content development, including shooting and editing social content
• Strong understanding of CRM platform and marketing analytics tools
• Demonstrated skill in brand storytelling and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Paid digital ad experience a plus
• Experience in collectibles, auction platforms, or hobbyist consumer markets.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Whatnot, eBay Live, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
• Graphic design skills
• Experience working within small but fast-growing organizations

Salary Range:

$80,000 to $90,000 annually

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity, in accordance with California pay transparency laws.
