Senior Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, creative and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead dynamic marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence and drive measurable results. Our motto is "Think Local and Save". We are the number one family owned residential solar company in the Foothills. We are undertaking a strategic initiative to become an even more dominant provider of solar services in our traditional market area. We are a growing and dynamic company. In 2025 we achieved 70% revenue growth compared to 2024. This year we are targeting 40% growth over 2025.

Duties

1. Work with the management team to manage our SEO/Website Consultant to :

a. Improve SEO

b. Conduct keyword gap analysis

c. Site audit to eliminate conflicts

d. Simplify request form to better gather email addresses

e. Write Blogs and newsletters

f. Write white papers

h. Deploy a chatbot

i. Create edit, and, publish video testimonials

2. Working with managment, create a You tube Channel. Create the content, edit, and publish videos

3. Create Ad copy that emphasizes: Honesty, Responsiveness, High consumer ratings, Price, and lowering customers bills. Humorous.

4. Implement a programmatic referral program using an external service provider.

5. Coordinate:

a. Golf cart score cards

b. shopping cart ads.

c. Home shows

d. Farmers Markets

6. Get more reviews on Yelp, Google Reviews and others: Do so programmatically

7. Coordinate direct mail program using a highly curated mailing list.

8. Manage our social media provider.

9. Buy signs at all the high schools, little league fields, etc.

11. Manage bill boards

  • Develop and implement integrated multichannel marketing campaigns that encompass digital advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Manage content marketing efforts by creating compelling copy, overseeing blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions using platforms like WordPress and HTML.
  • Optimize website performance through SEO strategies and Google Analytics insights to enhance organic reach and user engagement.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
  • Prepare budgets for marketing projects, monitor expenditures, and analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize ROI.

Skills

  • Expertise in SEO techniques and digital marketing best practices to boost online visibility.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies integrating online and offline channels.
  • Experience with advertising sales processes, client outreach, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for engaging content tailored to B2C audiences.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing techniques for lead generation.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot for nurturing customer relationships.
  • Strong research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail within budget constraints. Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
