Senior Marketing Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Marketing Engineer with experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting MEP products and services, developing client relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and supporting business development activities within construction, infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in MEP, Fire Fighting Equipment, or Building Materials industry.
• Strong understanding of construction and project-based sales environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop client relationships and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote MEP products, systems, and solutions to consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities in construction, oil & gas, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Prepare technical submittals, commercial quotations, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, approvals, and project status.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, international standards, and company procedures.
• Achieve sales targets and support company growth objectives
