Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience)

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to lead the marketing function across our group of companies in education, architecture, and retail. This is a high-responsibility role suited for someone who has worked at an agency or managed full-scale campaigns independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
• Lead social media strategy, content planning, and publishing across all major platforms.
• Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads with clear performance metrics.
• Oversee production of static creatives, videos, reels, short-form content, and promotional materials.
• Write compelling copy for ads, campaigns, and brand communication.
• Coordinate website updates, landing pages, SEO improvements, and digital brand presence.
• Plan and execute PR activities, events, physical promotions, and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor campaign results, generate reports, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, photographers, designers, and videographers.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a marketing agency or equivalent independent marketing role.

Strong expertise in:

• Social media marketing
• Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Video and graphic content production
• Copywriting and campaign messaging
• Website management & SEO
• PR, branding, and event promotions
• Proven ability to lead and execute campaigns end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on mindset, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
