We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Marketing Executive to promote the MBA Programs of the ICFAI Group and boost lead generation through on-ground marketing initiatives. The role includes corporate outreach, marketing activations, and counseling working professionals for our Online, Distance, and Executive MBA programs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-field marketing activities such as corporate visits, presentations, information desks, and roadshows.
Generate leads from working professionals and corporate employees.
Counsel prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and drive admissions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience
Must be a graduate.
5–10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Corporate/B2B experience preferred).
Candidates from Education, BFSI, Insurance, Media, FMCG, or Telecom sectors are desirable.
Strong understanding of the Kolkata market with good corporate connections.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
Internet-savvy with strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Highly self-motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented.

₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
