Role Objective:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Executive with a passion for animal health and a drive for success to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase market share within the veterinary services.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and other stakeholders to identify target markets, customer segments and competitive positioning strategies.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales materials, digital content, to effectively communicate product features, benefits and value propositions.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and traditional advertising, to reach target audiences and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategy,
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and measure campaign performance against key metrics, optimizing marketing activities to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse market feedback, customer inquiries, and sales data to identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation, and differentiation
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in marketing and communications, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and special projects, contributing to overall business growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years proven work experience in marketing roles, preferably within the veterinary services, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG Industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messages.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.
