Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Executive to lead our marketing team in crafting innovative strategies and executing effective marketing campaigns. This role requires strategic vision, creativity, and an analytical approach to enhance our market presence and boost customer engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with the company’s objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they meet goals for branding, client engagement, and revenue.
  • Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to identify market trends and customer needs to inform targeted marketing strategies.
  • Content Management: Plan and create compelling content that resonates with coffee enthusiasts, such as blog posts, buying guides, brewing tutorials, and product descriptions to fuel our SEO and social channels.
  • Social Media: Develop our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) by creating and curating engaging content, managing the community, and running targeted ad campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to integrate marketing functions smoothly and ensure the marketing strategy supports overall company goals.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Define key marketing KPIs. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategy and tactics.
  • Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing tools and techniques to increase the company’s online presence and overall digital marketing effectiveness.


What We're looking for:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution.
  • A "Full-Stack" Skillset: Demonstrable, hands-on experience across key channels including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Social Media Ads (Meta Ads), and Email Marketing.
  • AI-Fluent: Strong understanding of how to leverage AI tools in marketing and creative workflows — including campaign optimization, content generation, audience segmentation, performance forecasting, and AI-based video editing and creative production.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient with Google Analytics, with a strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Self-Starter: You are highly motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and have a "founder's mentality." You can take a high-level goal and figure out the steps to get there without needing constant supervision.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong writing skills are essential for creating compelling ad copy, email newsletters, and content.
  • A passion for coffee is a huge plus!
