Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing activities such as print ads, hoardings, flyers, events, and exhibitions to promote residential projects.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and event partners for timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Organize property fairs, roadshows, and on-ground activations to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with project goals and customer engagement plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
