Job Description:

AAM Click is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive with strong connections in the Multan market. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in marketing, client acquisition, brand promotions, and market expansion. Candidates with an existing, well-trained marketing team is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to grow brand presence in the Multan region.
• Lead, manage, and supervise your own marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify potential business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Plan and run on-ground marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to shape marketing planning.
• Achieve sales and marketing KPIs while ensuring high performance from the team.
• Coordinate with management for reporting, updates, and business growth planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the Multan market.
• Strong network and established client connections within the region.
• Must have a trained and experienced marketing team available to work.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to design effective marketing strategies and deliver results.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Minimum experience: 5–7 years preferred.
