Senior Marketing Executive - Oncology

Al Habib Pharmaceutical is creating a new position for another Oncology group, We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Executive - Oncology to lead the strategic planning, marketing, and execution of oncology product initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for driving product growth, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of oncology products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for oncology products, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with sales teams to provide training, promotional materials, and product knowledge support.
• Develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts to maximize market penetration and profitability.
• Collaborate with medical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to promote oncology products.
• Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to enhance product visibility.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on product performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the oncology sector.
• Strong knowledge of oncology treatments, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong network within the oncology healthcare industry.
